1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we love destination weddings and new exciting venues. We do charge travelling and if quite far from our home town, we do ask that you book us in for the night.

2. Do you help with planning our wedding timeline?

We can absolutely help you with the best timing for perfect lighting, we have done this a few times so we do have some excellent tips and tricks, please feel free to ask us.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellation will unfortunately mean you lose you securing deposit. We are always happy to reschedule your booking on condition we are free and available on your new day.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All our work is delivered digitally on a personal online gallery for high resolution download, we do 10 prints inside your special wedding box, and we offer a large range of albums to suite all budgets, you are welcome to ask about these.

5. Do you need to be seated?

It would be nice, but we do understand that weddings are expensive, if you can ask your venue to put a small table for us and our equipment somewhere in the back of the reception we will be happy, and please feed us LOL by reception time we have shot for usually 5-6 hours and we are pretty hungry by then.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

You are welcome to send us some inspiration pictures you like, sometimes they are realistic and sometimes they are not, we will quickly tell you what shots have taken hours to capture and what is possible to recreate.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, we can definitely find a date to have some coffee or wine and discuss or we can do a video call to discuss any questions or concerns you have.

8. How long till I receive the final photos & video?

The final box and package will be sent within 4-6 months after your wedding, I know this sounds like a LONG TIME but I promise its worth it, remember we have to sort through +- 10 000 images and 8 hours footage from the day to get the best bits, this takes some time.
